The Next STEPP Center is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide Christ-centered, servant leadership to the pregnancy medical center and holds full accountability for organizational operations, effective execution of the ministry’s mission, and the development and communication of its vision in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
The CEO ensures excellence and integrity across all functions through strategic leadership and operational oversight. The CEO cultivates a culture of respectful and timely communication as an essential expression of servant leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS • Demonstrated commitment to servant leadership as modeled by Christ, including humility, accountability, compassion, integrity, and a priority of service over authority. • Demonstrated commitment to life-affirming values. • Proven effectiveness in leadership, communication, and relationship building across diverse cultures and environments. • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, public speaking, and media communication skils. • Full affirmation of and willingness to uphold the center’s Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and organizational policies. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human services, ministry, nonprofit management, psychology, sociology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum two years of experience as an employee or volunteer in ministry. • Minimum two years of administrative leadership with supervisory responsibility in a professional setting, preferably in a human services field. • Experience in fundraising, donor development, marketing, or public relations.
