Account Executive - Remote

We are partnering with a growing IT services organization seeking a driven Account Executive focused exclusively on winning new business. No IT industry experience is required—the company will provide training on its technology solutions and services.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Schedule and conduct 2–3 new-client meetings each week
• Lead discovery conversations to understand clients’ business needs
• Partner with technical experts to develop and present solutions
• Close recurring Managed IT Services agreements
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline to achieve sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in new-business development or hunter sales
• Ability to generate your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, consistent, and comfortable with accountability
• A willingness to learn Managed IT Services and technology solutions
• Previous IT or MSP experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive training will be provided

Compensation and Benefits

• $70,000 base salary
• $120,000–$130,000+ OTE with uncapped commissions
