After retiring as Founding Director of the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at USF , I started a volunteer based nonprofit ministry, No Fret Guitar Camp. We have worked with over 150 churches to give 1600 underserved youth hope, joy and connection to Jesus with the lifetime gift of music through free lessons and free guitars.
